Location:
From Quesnel, cross the Fraser River and head south on the West Fraser Road, eventually crossing west over Narcosli Creek. This route, 56 km (35 mi) from Quesnel is over good gravel road suitable for all conventional vehicles.

Mean Depth 7.7 m.(25.26 ft.) Max. Depth 11.58 m. (38 ft.)
Game Fish Rainbow Trout, Char Fish Stocked None
Angler Usage Low Elevation 1,139 m. (3,735.92 ft.)
Ice Over November to May T.D.S. 65 mg/L

Resorts & Campsites: The Forest Service Campsite on the north side of the lake is a large treed site with a gravelled beach and boat launch.

Fishing Report: Flies, spinning tackle or trolls are preferred to catch these wild stock rainbow that can reach from 10 - 15 inches. Best fishing is from early May to the end of July.

Viewscape: The hills surrounding the lake are completely covered in lodgepole pine, spruce and Douglas fir with a few aspen and cottonwood.

Shoreline: The shoreline is studded with some rocky outcrops, but is predominantly covered with sandy gravel soil.
